Ordering

By submitting an order via Tebex you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is formed when Tebex confirms the order on our behalf.

Digital Delivery

Delivery is digital only. You agree that fulfillment starts immediately; statutory withdrawal rights for digital content that is not on a physical medium may be waived once delivery begins, as allowed under applicable law.

Pricing and Taxes

Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Tax is calculated based on your billing data.

Payment Provider

Payments are processed by Tebex Ltd as an independent controller. Methods depend on Tebex availability.

Fraud Prevention

Tebex may perform fraud checks. Orders can be declined or canceled if fraud is suspected.

Refund Handling

Any refunds we approve are issued through Tebex to the original payment method. See our Refunds Policy.

License to Digital Goods

What you may do with purchased items.

Grant

Upon full payment we grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased digital product as described on the product page.

Restrictions

No resale, redistribution, or sublicensing unless explicitly permitted. No removal of ownership notices. Reverse engineering only to the extent mandatory under applicable law.

Updates

We may provide updates at our discretion. Some updates may be required for security or compatibility.

Acceptable Use

Keep the platform fair and lawful.

Prohibited Uses

No unlawful activity, no infringement of third-party rights, no malware, no attempts to disrupt or bypass security, and no misuse of support channels.

Game/Server Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with the rules of the games or servers you connect to.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and network issues may occur.

Support

Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis during our stated hours. Response times may vary.

Our Rights

All content, code, designs, and trademarks remain our property or that of our licensors. No rights are granted beyond the license above.

Feedback

You grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use feedback for product improvement.

Liability and Warranty

Limitations to the extent permitted by German law.

No Guarantee of Specific Outcome

Digital products are provided "as is" for the described use. Minor deviations that do not materially impair use are not defects.

Statutory Warranty

Consumer warranty rights remain as required by law.

Liability Cap

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health, and under product liability law. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential duties and limited to foreseeable typical damage.

Third-Party Services

We are not liable for services provided by third parties (e.g., Tebex payment processing) beyond our control.

Governing Law and Venue

Applicable law and forum.

Law

German law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protections of your home country remain unaffected.

Jurisdiction

If you are a merchant, public law entity, or do not have a general venue in Germany, the place of jurisdiction is Witten/Bochum, Germany. For consumers, statutory venues apply.
