Digital Goods

Products are delivered digitally. Once delivered, there is no statutory right of withdrawal or refund unless required by applicable law.

Payment Provider

Payments are processed via Tebex. Refunds, when granted, are issued through the original payment method via Tebex.

We aim to resolve issues before considering refunds.

Support Comes First

If something does not work as expected, contact us. We will attempt fixes, updates, or replacements before a refund is considered.

Cooperation Required

Refund review requires reasonable cooperation during the troubleshooting process (providing logs, steps to reproduce, and allowing time to apply fixes).

Refund Window
Goodwill refunds after purchase.

72-Hour Goodwill

Refund requests should be raised within 72 hours of purchase. In practice, we generally approve refunds within this window when cooperation in the solution process is shown.

Exclusions

No refunds for misuse, clear violation of terms, or after successful delivery and acceptance when no defect exists.
